Can no-one hear
My cry in darkness?
Can no-one hear
My plea for forgiveness?
I kneel here on bended knee,
Why won’t anyone listen to me?
Are you all blind, blind to see?
You just keep seeking,
Never to find, find all but me.
Are you all deaf,
Deaf to my question?
You alone, with death,
Death not to mention.
Here we all lie
Asleep on life’s breast
Unaware of what ties,
Ties us to our quest.
Just a waste of time, all messed.
Can no-one hear
My cry in darkness?
Can no-one hear
My plea for forgiveness?
I kneel here on bended knee,
Why won’t anyone listen to me?
